Le Volte dell’Ornellaia 2022

Le Volte dell’Ornellaia combines a Mediterranean expression of generosity with Italian structure and complexity, reflecting the philosophy of Ornellaia. Composed of a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, each varietal is fermented separately in small stainless-steel tanks to maintain their varietal character and elegance. Ageing takes place for 10 months party in oak barriques previously used for Ornellaia and concrete tanks before being bottled. The result is an exquisite wine full of plush black fruits, cassis, spice and cedar wood notes. Ready for early enjoyment now or cellaring.
