A brilliant new addition to our range, Rathfinny Estate Blanc de Blancs 2019 has been aged on lees for 36 months before release. In the glass this shows bright golden in hue with a pinpoint mousse. The nose is awash with ripe papaya, creamy lemon and freshly baked brioche aromas. Luxuriously silky with tantalizing acidity and freshness on the palate revealing swathes of ripe orchard fruits, white peach, hazelnut and silken, yuzu zest. The finish is altogether long and creamy. Delicious accompanied with canapés, fresh seafood or a light cheese soufflé. A textbook English Blanc de Blancs!
