A limited release, Rathfinny Estate Rosé Brut 2016 magnum has gained further bottle-ageing, allowing for more development and complexity. Composed of a blend of 66% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 14% Pinot Meunier, with 24 months lees-ageing before bottling. This shows beautiful salmon pink in colour with an expressive, red-fruited nose of wild strawberries, cranberries and redcurrants from the increased presence of Pinot Noir in the blend. The palate is elegant with a fine mousse of rich candied red apples and a silky strawberry shortcake finish. Rathfinny Estate Rosé Brut 2016 in magnum is the perfect celebratory English Sparkling Rosé!
