Rich, yet pale lemon in colour. The nose shows and abundance of baked orchard fruits and toasted pastry notes. Beautifully balanced on the palate, with layers of toasty richness and truffle notes coming through from the generous 36 months lees ageing. Roebuck Estates Classic Cuvée 2017 is drinking well now, this will no-doubt improve with age.
