Produced in the Surrey Hills right next to the Silent Pool – a mysterious spring-fed lake. Silent Pool Gin features 24 botanicals, including kaffir lime, local honey and lavender. Remarkably balanced and subtle with an array of citrus, elderflower and honey flavours coming through on the palate. A classy gin also presented in a beautiful bottle.
