Surgrue The Trouble With Dreams 2019 is the inagural release from Dermot that combines the exceptional terroir of the Coldharbour fruit featured, making 30% of the blend that is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The finish is now more thrilling than ever with a clean nose of florals, stewed apple, flint, oyster shells and subtle shortbread notes. On the palate, this all comes together with fresh orchard and stone fruits with savoury biscuit, toasted pastry and oatmeal tones on the finish.
