Vignerons since the 1700s, Domaine Sylvain Bailly know what they're doing and this wine is all that you could ask for from a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, clean and mineral driven, the palate is invigorating with crisp green apple, pear and melon combined with floral notes. The finish is long with a touch of citrus and flint.
