Made by Greece's superstar winemaking master Apostolos Thymiopoulos, Thymiopoulos Xinomavro Jeunes Vignes is bright, pure and supremely elegant. Fabulous crunchy red fruits, with a hint of earthy and leather notes. This has all the Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir qualities about it and very attractive for this price! Pair with creamy pasta dishes, mushroom risotto or roasted lamb cutlets.
