Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The wine is initially fermented and then de-alcoholised to produce a full flavoured and aromatic low alcohol Rosé. Light raspberry pink in colour, there's a crisp acidity balanced with vibrant cherry and strawberry fruits finishing with slight note of sour candied. A great altenative for those looking for a low or no alcohol beverage!
