Saint-Aubin Cuvée Thomas Domaine Vincent Latour 2022

Latour’s Saint Aubin Cuvée Thomas, named after Vincent's son Thomas, comes from a small 0.214 hectare parcel within Saint Aubin. With vines from 1989, the grapes are all manually harvested and then whole harvest pressed, before being fermented in demi-muids before being aged for 12 months on fine lees, and then six months in vats. This has great freshness on the nose with lovely lime blossom notes. It's supple, full and fleshy.
