A textbook Aussie Shiraz with a bit more oomph having spent 12 months in oak. Rich and full-bodied with an intense bouquet of plums, blackberries, asorted spices, chocolate and coffee bean notes. Silky smooth on the palate with an array of black fruits; plum, blackberry and blueberry, finishing long and luscious with a hint of spice and cocoa. Sourced from two exceptional parcels of vines from the Clare Valley and Mclaren Vale. Pairs perfectly with any red meat dishes, BBQ's or simply on its own
