Wiston Estate Brut NV

Composed of a blend of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier from multiple vintages, with this current release making up 70% of wine from 2017. There's an array of fresh green apple, lemon and floral tones accompanied with runny honey and toasted brioche bun notes. The finish is lovely and bright with an accompanied richness from the extended lees ageing. Wiston Estate Brut NV is a fantastic introduction into the estates signature house style.
