Henri Champliau Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Rosé NV | Magnum

A blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay and 10% Gamay, with a minimum of 15 months ageing. Salmon pink in hue with aromatic aromas of strawberry, red cherry and tart green fruits. The palate starts with brisk acidity and minerality combining with red fruits of strawberry and cherries. The finish is long and clean with a subtle creaminess.
